Camino Cocktail Co was born from our flagship restaurant and cocktail bar, Sidecar—long celebrated as the Central Coast’s leading destination for craft cocktails. Since opening in 2012, Sidecar has helped shape the region’s cocktail culture, earning acclaim both locally and nationally for its award-winning bar program blending technical mastery and creative vision with a genuine passion for service.

Our bar catering company emerged as a natural extension of that expertise, allowing us to bring the same high standards of service, skill, and hospitality to events across the Central Coast. Backed by decades of experience in restaurant and venue ownership, our leadership team brings a deep understanding of how to create memorable guest experiences in any setting. Partner and Events Director, Danielle Primmer brings over three decades of hospitality experience to her role as Events Director at Camino Cocktail Co., where she works directly with clients and vendor partners to craft exceptional bar experiences for weddings and events. As a founding partner in our hospitality group, Danielle draws from her background in Michelin-starred restaurants and currently oversees the award-winning cocktail program at our flagship restaurant. Having executed over 400 events, she brings deep operational expertise, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for thoughtful service—ensuring every celebration is seamless, elevated, and unforgettable.
